Don't let the price fool you. Underneath, this is a Windows CE 5.0 Pocket PC with an SD card slot. Plays MP3s, videos, etc. Comes with USB cable, car and house power cords. Read all about it here. Pretty good maps, and you can get at the operating system easily. It's not on CT's Website, but call and ask them if they have any 099-1981-04 in stock.
